PVC

The main raw material for all our items. Selected from the best suppliers, our PVC is non recycled, anti UV treated and in conformity with European standards. It is always stored and handled in perfect atmospheric conditions in order to keep its best specifications.

Safety chamber

Current international standards require boats over 2,50m to have a safety chamber, giving enough buoyancy in case of failure of the main chamber. We use several construction techniques:

Pressure test

In conformity with international standard requirements, we provide several ways to measure proper inflation of our boats. On non fabric covered items, we created the Seytest, that shows the stretching of the tube. The covered and Sevytex items are supplied with a manometer that enables you to measure the appropriate inflation and working pressure.

Motor mounting

Boats over 2,40m can either be equiped directly with the Sevylor SBM electric motor or can be fitted with our MM3 motor mount to fix a gasoline or electric motor.

Comfort

For optimal comfort, most our towables are equiped with big neoprene patches to avoid skin irritation against the fabric, soft handles for perfect grip and drain systems to evacuate the water.

Quick Hitch

Most our towables are equiped with a ’quick’ rope connection on the towing harness (for Ø 8mm rope).

Quick Release

The Quick Release is designed to release the tube and the rider from the tow rope either manually during the ride or automatically in case of fall.

Safety

To enjoy fully this sport, it is important to always wear a PFD (personal floatation device). The towing boat should show a towing streamer and use a suitable rope in good condition. When required, use an adapted Quick Release system. For extreme tubing, use a helmet.
